As my hubby loves these snow-skin mooncakes and I love the typical cantonese-style one which filling with lotus seed paste and salted egg yolks.
Is there any differences between japanese and chinese mooncakes?
月餅 are originally come from China, so I think they are the same.Kuma

As I found some japanese mooncakes, they are so delicate and feels like wagashi which looks different from chinese.
